A beautiful villa with historic charm with a perfect location in the centre of the old town

Villa Josephine is a hidden gem in Mykonos. This unique property combines the best of old world charm with all the demands of modern living. The owner is incredibly responsive as is the property manager and everything was seamless during our stay. We loved the cleaning lady Helena who was so kind and tidied up to perfection. The location could not be more central or practical. Don't think twice about reserving this urban oasis. The 5 rooms are all generously proportioned. Can't wait to come back!

Couldn't have asked for a more stress free villa and services. The service that was provided was really amazing and the villa itself was in the perfect location. Walking distance from town made it easy to find even on nights out.

Overall, everything perfect and clean (staff, house keeping, facility, situation,...). Great compliment. The only difference, no BBQ Grill.

This house was amazing. It is a block from main walking street in the center town of Mykonos with all the restaurants, shops and nightlife. If you want to be next to the action this is the place to stay. You have a beautiful view of the port of Mykonos with beautiful sunsets. Nice to have a drink at sunset in the terrace overlooking the port. House is very comfortable with 3 separate houses so you can go with friends or families and each have its private area with living room and kitchen. We had breakfast every day at the covered terrace which is beautiful. If you have a car you need to park 7 minutes away at the old port for free or you can pay at Hercules parking 10 Euro per day and its a 2 min walk. The daily cleaning service was great and felt like we were in a hotel. Since you are in the middle of the town you can hear the music from the nightclubs but we got used to it and had no problem sleeping well. Would love to come back again.

This place is great! Centrally located in Mykonos town with an amazing view of the sea and sunset. The house is great for big groups who want some additional privacy as 2 of the rooms are separated from the main house. We were very pleased with our stay and with the level of service we received. Great place!

Georgia and the team were great all through the process: helping us to decide before booking, at check-in and during our stay. The villa itself is very charming. The space is amazing and the view stunning. Above all it;s quite central and this is key if you want to go out in Mykonos town. Taxis are scarce and pricey in Mykonos. We really had a hard time leaving. We would rent it again for sure if we ever come back to Mykonos. Keep in mind that it's a 100+ years old villa, nicely modernized, hence the charm, but this comes at the expense of some comfort (noise, isolation, steep stairs to the attic, etc.), nothing serious though. Beds however are super comfortable. For those who don't know Mykonos, the villa is on a hill just above the port, and is not accessible by car. It is perfectly located to go out but you need to climb up 5 minutes to get to the road. There is parking close by if you rent a car.

Amazing time in Villa Josephine!! We were initially reluctant to book this property as the location on Booking.com maps is incorrect and there were no reviews. But we took a chance and it paid off! The property is magnificent and huge. There's a gated access path to the center of town just for this property. Its quiet, sunny and the sunsets from the terrace are amazing (see our pics). We will definitely be back!! p.s the housekeeper Helena is so sweet and Rena was there to meet us, arrange transport (before we hire a scooter) and to say goodbye,. 5 star service for a 5 star property.

The villa is large as if it were 3 separate villas. In the larger building there are 3 bedrooms, a large lounge, a kitchen and two bathrooms. On the other hand there is a room, a lounge, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The third building has a room, a kitchen and a bathroom, a large swimming pool and an outdoor patio with a large table, the villa overlooks a part of the sea and you can see the west of the sun.

The location of the villa was just perfect. The sunsets were amazing. It was perfect for 10 people.

A picture perfect, traditional villa - great for your group vacation in Mykonos The location of the villa in town is fantastic, just a short walk (yes, via steps...it's Mykonos after all). The outdoor space is huge, perfect for relaxing, eating a meal, watching sunsets from lounge chairs and/or the pool, etc. The distribution of the bedrooms across four separate areas is great for groups. The bedrooms are quiet, and the beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. The kitchen in the main house is very well appointed; there's even a dishwasher! There's also a charcoal grill in the garden. There's a washing machine in the main house's first floor bathroom. The host is very accommodating and responsive. The housekeeper is very friendly

This place is a true gem in the heart of Mykonos but away from the busy town centre. It sounds too good to be true but this beautiful villa is a 1 minute walk away from the bustling centre of Mykonos. The villa is beautifully designed and offers a lot of luxury and privacy. We and our friends enjoyed the stay to the fullest and would definitely recommend. Special thank you to Andreas and the very friendly housekeeping who tidied up our place every day with a smile 🙂

This villa is in a perfect location and was great in accommodating our group of friends. We really enjoyed the pool and views and outdoor dining area. Our only challenge was locating the place in check in, it’s a bit hidden away and difficult to pinpoint on phone maps. The villa was very clean and a housekeeper came by each day to tidy up, which was very helpful.

Great house for our group of 13. We had 3 different locations for bedrooms which helped us spread out a bit. The house is in the middle of a hill so be ready to walk up and down some steep stairs, but the views were incredible and the pool was excellent. Our host was extremely accommodating to early check in and transportation and helped with whatever we needed.

Perfect Mykonos location and excellent house for large group

This place is amazing, the views from main deck are sensational. The pool was fantastic and got a lot of use. Not sure if it’s just this place or most of Greece but the mattresses are very hard. Andreas was very helpful, he met us at the house and walked us (there were 11 of us) through and explained all that needed to be explained. We had a gorgeous Yiayia come everyday to clean out place and replace towels, she was the sweetest lady. Overall, what we paid was up there with prices but given it sleeps so many, location and of course it’s Mykonos, everything is expensive. Highly recommend for a large group.

We had a great time in Mykonos. The views were amazing. Walkable to town. George provided us with recommendations and a driver should we need transportation. The house was bigger than we imagined. The daily house keeping was a bonus. George met us upon arrival and helped us get familiar with the villa. We will definitely recommend others to stay here.

Our group of 7 girlfriends had the most wonderful and perfect stay at Villa Josephine! The views from the deck are absolutely incredible and the design of the space itself is so charming and lovely. Andreas and George were so helpful with helping us set up transportation and other needs, and the housekeeper was so kind. The location also cannot be beat.

Better than the photos! Ideal location walkable to shops, bars & restaurants. Daily housekeeping was excellent. Host went above and beyond, helped us arrange a private chef & bartender, transfers & a food shop to be delivered upon our arrival. The only negative would there to be extra sun beds.

A stunning home right in downtown Mykonos! The accommodations were amazing- there were 8 people who stayed and we all had plenty of space. Alaina, the house keeper, was so wonderful. Would recommend and hope to return someday!

One of the best airbnbs I have ever been to! The photos were exactly the same if not better in person. We went as a group and having the privacy in each individual home such as the main house, pool house, and lower level house was one of the best highlights. The cleaning service came in every day to clean and prepare the unit. Felt like being in a hotel if not better. I can not thank George and his fellow team enough for giving us one of the best vacations! Will definitely be back!

The villa is beautiful and a 2 minute walk down to town. Andreas was a great host, very responsive and helped with transportation. The villa is beautiful, exactly what you would think of when going to Mykonos and the location could not have been better. Overall amazing time and will be coming back to this magical place soon.

Excellent choice to stay at a large villa right in the heart of Mykonos town! Our group of 10 had more than enough space, and would absolutely stay again. Gorgeous views, close to everything in town, and perfect for a private dinner we had catered one evening. Super clean and comfortable. Only recommendation would be for the main house downstairs bathroom to have a holder for the showerhead so you don't have to hold it by hand.

George’s place was amazing! Perfect location, beautiful apartment. He, the concierge and housekeeper were so helpful and attentive. We had a great stay and would definitely come back

The location can’t be beat, walking distance to town and all main points of interest! The villa is a historic building and is as described. The host, George, was great at checking us in , as well as answering any other inquiries or questions. Thank you George!

The villa was lovely for our group of 5 couples. We enjoyed our stay. Some rooms were better than others in terms of space, privacy and amenities (ie, two bedrooms shared a bathroom, one bedroom was in the attic, the shared bathroom did not have a shower but a bath tub with a handheld). The patio was perfect for having drinks and watching the sunset. The pool was clean but not heated. There were some older/rustic features to be expected in a villa of this age. The location was excellent as it was just a few minute walk down to the water in the main town (lots of stairs). Important to know that you have to walk about 8 minutes from the main road to the villa. It’s a rocky path with lots of stairs. We had carry on bags so it was manageable, but would be hard with larger suitcases or anyone with mobility issues. Andreas, the concierge, was very responsive and fixed minor issues quickly. He also arranged transport, which was punctual although pricey (but standard for Mykonos).

This place is so perfect for a group of friends, large family, or a couple small families vacationing. It spacious from the inside and out. Beautiful sunsets from the front patio and gorgeous sunrises in the terrace in the hammock. The rooms are so comfortable and did I mention spacious!!! There are living room spaces combined with several rooms allowing for a home within a home feel. So clean, so comfortable. Location is so perfect, 2-8 minute to anywhere within little Venice to the windmills, yet tucked up perfectly between the bustle and the main road, ps it’s not mykonos / greece without a few stairs, nothing drastic. Enjoy the sunsets and views!

George and Andreas were amazing! The house is seriously the most perfect spot on the island. RIGHT in the action of Mykonos town and steps from all the main haunts, bars, hangouts etc. the proximity made our 3 nights there feel super maximized. The home is BEAUTIFUL. Historical and just as described. So much space and the different areas gave our mixed group of parents, cousins, couples and singles a lot of privacy which was awesome. The housekeeper nicely folded the laundry we did without us asking. Truly will come back to this same house many times. Thank you for a perfect stay.

The property is very beautiful and in a great location! They also had a daily cleaner that came in to empty trash, etc. The only downside was that one of the pool houses faced the walkway/road and sometimes it sounded like there were other people in the house because of that. George and Andreas were very responsive to any questions we had. We did have a situation where we ended up increasing the amount of people at the house. The house fits 14 and we were below that number so we did not think it would be an issue, but then we were later asked to pay for the additional people. It may have been a miscommunication but we assumed it would not be an issue since the house is advertised for 14 people. Regardless, the location is perfect, the house is beautiful, and I would definitely recommend staying there for your trip to Mykonos. Just make sure that you correctly book the property for the amount of people staying there.

If traveling with a large group, George’s place cannot be beat. Having three separate houses on the expansive property as well as the huge courtyard and pool was an incredible amount of space. We loved being able to walk to the beach or to town in 2 minutes. Andreas was very responsive with coordinating ground transportation from the ferry, meeting us upon arrival, referring us to a local chef, and overall made our stay wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was in a great location and as beautiful as the pictures. It was very clean and tastefully furnished with stunning views. Andreas was very responsive and helped with setting up a chef to cook a delicious meal for our group at the house. We would return.

We absolutely recommend this beautiful home with a 10 star location! We were able to walk to everything we needed, just be prepared for lots of stairs. We had plenty of space for our group of 6. Main house has 3 bedrooms then 2 separate apartments make this home ideal for multiple couples or families with older children. Our host was very responsive and helped us with check-in, arrival/departure transfers, and bookings. Only complaint was awkward showers but that’s to be expected in a historical home. Still worth it considering the location!

Andreas was our host, super helpful from start to finish. very central location which made heading into town for meals very easy, even in high wind. however this does mean a little extra noise at night from surrounding properties. overall wonderful and recommended!

We stayed for 4 nights at Villa Josephine in Mykonos at the late end of the season. This beautifully located villa with view of the sea is a hidden gem in Mykonos. Hidden on a 2 minute walk away from the square at the seafront, you are staying between locals instead of the touristic area which is a welcome oasis after roaming around the lively town. The villa has it all, from a beautiful garden area to a pool (can be chilly late or early in the season). With 3 different houses and plenty of bathrooms there is more than enough privacy, even when you're with large groups. The houses are nicely decorated and equipped with all amenities necessary for your stay in a seafront location. They have a very helpful crew who checked in with us mid-stay whether we were alright or needed something and offer a housekeeping service who comes by once a day to tidy up the house. They also offered some helping hands in case you need some groceries. We had a lovely stay with friends and family and would recommend anyone to stay in this place!

The whole villa was super cosy with a very aesthetic and minimalist design with artistic touches. The view is just what you need with your morning coffee.

Flawless three days 28th (2024). Mykonos is beautiful and calmer off season. Front porch of the villa great sun and view of the harbor with the cruise ships and the little port of the country. The rooms are awesome. Super in town (but uphill)
