A beautiful villa with historic charm with a perfect location in the centre of the old town

Villa Josephine is a hidden gem in Mykonos. This unique property combines the best of old world charm with all the demands of modern living. The owner is incredibly responsive as is the property manager and everything was seamless during our stay. We loved the cleaning lady Helena who was so kind and tidied up to perfection. The location could not be more central or practical. Don't think twice about reserving this urban oasis. The 5 rooms are all generously proportioned. Can't wait to come back!

Couldn't have asked for a more stress free villa and services. The service that was provided was really amazing and the villa itself was in the perfect location. Walking distance from town made it easy to find even on nights out.

Overall, everything perfect and clean (staff, house keeping, facility, situation,...). Great compliment. The only difference, no BBQ Grill.

This house was amazing. It is a block from main walking street in the center town of Mykonos with all the restaurants, shops and nightlife. If you want to be next to the action this is the place to stay. You have a beautiful view of the port of Mykonos with beautiful sunsets. Nice to have a drink at sunset in the terrace overlooking the port. House is very comfortable with 3 separate houses so you can go with friends or families and each have its private area with living room and kitchen. We had breakfast every day at the covered terrace which is beautiful. If you have a car you need to park 7 minutes away at the old port for free or you can pay at Hercules parking 10 Euro per day and its a 2 min walk. The daily cleaning service was great and felt like we were in a hotel. Since you are in the middle of the town you can hear the music from the nightclubs but we got used to it and had no problem sleeping well. Would love to come back again.

This place is great! Centrally located in Mykonos town with an amazing view of the sea and sunset. The house is great for big groups who want some additional privacy as 2 of the rooms are separated from the main house. We were very pleased with our stay and with the level of service we received. Great place!

Georgia and the team were great all through the process: helping us to decide before booking, at check-in and during our stay. The villa itself is very charming. The space is amazing and the view stunning. Above all it;s quite central and this is key if you want to go out in Mykonos town. Taxis are scarce and pricey in Mykonos. We really had a hard time leaving. We would rent it again for sure if we ever come back to Mykonos. Keep in mind that it's a 100+ years old villa, nicely modernized, hence the charm, but this comes at the expense of some comfort (noise, isolation, steep stairs to the attic, etc.), nothing serious though. Beds however are super comfortable. For those who don't know Mykonos, the villa is on a hill just above the port, and is not accessible by car. It is perfectly located to go out but you need to climb up 5 minutes to get to the road. There is parking close by if you rent a car.

Amazing time in Villa Josephine!! We were initially reluctant to book this property as the location on Booking.com maps is incorrect and there were no reviews. But we took a chance and it paid off! The property is magnificent and huge. There's a gated access path to the center of town just for this property. Its quiet, sunny and the sunsets from the terrace are amazing (see our pics). We will definitely be back!! p.s the housekeeper Helena is so sweet and Rena was there to meet us, arrange transport (before we hire a scooter) and to say goodbye,. 5 star service for a 5 star property.

The villa is large as if it were 3 separate villas. In the larger building there are 3 bedrooms, a large lounge, a kitchen and two bathrooms. On the other hand there is a room, a lounge, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The third building has a room, a kitchen and a bathroom, a large swimming pool and an outdoor patio with a large table, the villa overlooks a part of the sea and you can see the west of the sun.
